Estate Planning 101Attorney Tallman hosts a class on estate planning a couple of times a year where you can learn about probate, methods to avoid probate, various documents including wills, trusts, will alternatives, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney and how to choose the right personal representative and agent. You can also learn how to ensure assets you have accumulated will go where you want on your death and how to avoid the pitfalls and mistakes many people make.
